Carmen Laforet
Carmen Laforet (1921-2004) is considered one of the most outstanding Spanish literature writers of the post-war period. In 1945, the author was awarded the Nadal Prize for her first novel, “Nada” (1944). Later, she wrote more novels and short stories, but her first work was the most successful – it has been translated into many languages and is constantly republished. Critics compare “Nada“ to E.
