Inga Arlauskaitė was born in 1983 in Kaunas. In 2006, she graduated from the History faculty of Vilnius University. Currently, she is studying in a Master’s degree programme for European studies at the Institute of International Relations and Political Science.

In 2007, the publishing house “Versus aureus” published a study of Inga Arlauskaitė and Raminta Kšanytė-Armstrong Okupacinė kariuomenė Lietuvoje (the Occupation army in Lithuania).
