„Evaldukas’ years“ 

A book of funny short stories for children; the text and colour illustrations convey adventures and the first experiences of the main character Evaldukas and his friends on how they see the world. Evaldukas lives in a wonderful part of Lithuania – the Curonian Spit, where the lagoon, surrounded by the golden dunes, stretches out as the pinewoods sigh. The children think of various attractions – they go fishing all by themselves or just watch how the experienced fisherman from the seacoast get on, and unexpectedly, they start to wander about, play in the sands and groves… The children often fight and argue and that lends the book even more action, energy and emotion.
