„Before and after television“ 

It is a bit of a sad farewell with television and also a paean to it.

Massive audiovisual communication is a concurrent part of the 20th century – and also, the television. Television offered people speech that was live, moved static photography, and gave bodies to radio voices. It came; from nothing it created everything; it became a friend, artist, venturesome sport, dictator and legalised public privacy. However, it is obvious that the age of television is coming to an end.
