„Lithuanian path to NATO“ 

It is the selection of documents that recorded Lithuania’s path to NATO. The publication is accompanied by the commentaries and explanations of the active politician, Professor V. Landsbergis.

The book is a reflection of Lithuania’s path of some years to NATO. It is not scientific research or a monograph about everything and everywhere, what was said and what was happening then, who and what were for or against our membership in the North Atlantic Union. Instead, it is mainly the text of one person – his and similarly thinking people’s unarmed but-not-desperate fight for the Lithuania’s security, as long as her millennial history endures. In the book there are many direct and indirect controversies with politicians from various countries who raised numerous obstacles in Lithuania’s way to the NATO membership.
