It is a scientific study, stimulating the dialogue between scientists, politicians and society on the fundamental questions of the survival and the general well being of the nation.

The time has come when only to condemn or to defend is not enough – arguments and new insights are required.

The publication is dedicated to those who want to better understand Lithuania’s present state and especially to politicians and public actors, who are not indifferent to the nation’s fate and have the strength to create a better Lithuania.
