Choosing an original structure for the work, the book depicts how a young girl finds the 19th century diaries of the Queen of the adders and restores history – prior to the catastrophic and horrifying experiences. The picture of Žilvinas and through the painful experiences of Eglė, the drastic end both intrigues and shocks.
